WeCare Centers at South Hills Care Center is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our Long-Term Care community in Canonsburg, PA. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN with SNF or LTC experience—or a Charge Nurse ready to step into a management role—who is passionate about quality care, team leadership, and resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit
Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
Participate in care planning, admissions, and clinical documentation
Support infection control, quality improvement, and resident safety initiatives
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Strong clinical leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Experience with dementia care, care planning, and staff supervision preferred
