Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) PRN as needed
Job Summary:

As an LPN with WeCare, you will provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care. Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
- Provide regular patient status updates.
- Assist in implementing patient's treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supervise, administer, and/or assist with medications.
- Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
- Follow the plan of care for each resident.
- Ensure the residents' care standards are maintained.
- Report to the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the State of PA
