Social Work Director
WeCare Centers atMonroeville Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Social Work Director for our community in Monroeville, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews and follows up on any concerns for the residents and staff with all incident reports.
Works with caregivers of the nursing unit and all departments to provide the residents with a fulfilling living experience.
Keeps supervisor informed of unusual occurrences that relate to the health and safety of residents.
Oversees care plans, MDS, and quality improvement processes.
Keeps Admin fully informed of stats, progress and achievements.
Must have the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public.
Must be able and willing to work well with inter-disciplinary teams.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Social work or Human Services.
Previous experience in geriatrics or long-term care.
