About the Position

As an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping our online business operate efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

You'll work directly with our E-Commerce & Retail Sales Manager and gain hands-on experience with one of the country's largest online marketplace operations in our industry.

What You'll DoCustomer Sales & Support

• Help customers find the correct products and accessories
• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and marketplace messages
• Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
• Troubleshoot customer questions and recommend solutions

Marketplace Management

• Create new product listings
• Update existing listings
• Verify pricing and product information
• Upload images and product content
• Help maintain listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces

Returns & Inventory

• Process customer and manufacturer returns from start to finish
• Inspect returned merchandise
• Verify return eligibility
• Package and ship manufacturer returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Help keep warehouse inventory accurate and organized

Administrative Support

• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with projects that improve efficiency and operations
• Support teammates throughout the business as needed

Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 38–40 hours per week

No evenings. No weekends.
