THE ROLEWe're looking for a detail-oriented coordinator who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and being the central hub that keeps complex transactions moving forward. As a Title Order Coordinator, you'll be the critical link between clients, field researchers, and our internal team—managing the entire lifecycle of title orders from intake through completion.
This isn't traditional customer service. You'll be orchestrating time-sensitive real estate transactions, mastering specialized title industry systems, and developing expertise in a niche field that's essential to every property sale in America.
WHAT YOU'LL DOManage the Order Lifecycle• Receive and process new title orders from real estate clients, law firms, and lenders
• Navigate WebTitle's proprietary data systems to research order history and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with field vendors and researchers to ensure timely completion of title searches
• Track multiple orders simultaneously, troubleshooting delays and keeping deals on schedule
Serve as the Central Communication Hub• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the order process
• Provide order confirmations, status updates, and timeline management
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external vendors and internal team members
• Represent WebTitle with professionalism in all client and vendor interactions
Drive Process Excellence• Learn and apply knowledge of various WebTitle products and services
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend operational enhancements
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced transaction environment
• Contribute to team efficiency and department goals
