We’re seeking detail-oriented, client-focused individuals to prepare individual tax returns for our 2026 tax season, running from February to mid-April. This temporary role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering accurate, timely, and trusted tax services. Flexible work schedules are available, with a minimum of 20 hours/week—including some in-office time. Training begins mid-February.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare individual income tax returns accurately and efficiently
- Gather and organize data and documentation for tax preparation
- Handle a high volume of workload by prioritizing multiple tasks
- Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and filing requirements
- Meet deadlines and use discretion in handling confidential information
- Work independently, as well as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in tax preparation (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak season including overtime
- Must possess strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn tax software
