You’ll also mentor junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in shaping the future of our tax practice.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver comprehensive tax services for individuals and businesses
- Manage project deadlines and plan appropriately with associates and senior associates
- Coordinate with the team members on all phases of the Tax engagement
- Assists with developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits
- Review individual and business tax returns and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Keep current on tax law changes and accounting related developments and best practices
- Work with team members for continual process improvement
- Participate in practice development and various firm activities
- BA/BS Accounting, MS/MAcc preferred
- CPA required
- 5 years’ experience in public accounting reviewing both individual and business taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
