Description
Deliver high level music instruction to University students required for students' degree program. Supervision will be under the auspices of the faculty director of the area of study and the Chair of the Department of Music. Specific competencies include high-level keyboard skills and collaborative ability. Established knowledge in audition standards, voice ranges, and key transpositions. Ability to work well with ensemble and solo singers. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, hearing mistakes in music performances and working as part of a team. Knowledge and sense of style of works by various era and genre is expected. Sensitivity to nuance and shades of phrasing and pacing is required.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Music in Music Direction or M.M., M.A., keyboard as major instrument. Specific competencies include high-level keyboard skills and collaborative ability. Established knowledge in audition standards, voice ranges and key transpositions. Ability to work well with ensemble and solo singers.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Music in Music Direction or Master of Music, keyboard as major instrument. Collaborative piano experience with professional theatre companies. Specific competencies include high-level keyboard skills and collaborative ability. Established knowledge in audition standards, voice ranges and key transpositions. Ability to work well with ensemble and solo singers.
