Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying out tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone on site
- Support demolition activities, excavation work, or concrete pouring under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and productivity
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute
- Reliable with good communication skills and attention to detail
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
