Webster Home Care is currently seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide medication management support to our consumers in their homes throughout the Harwich and Cape Cod areas. Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license required
- Valid driver's license, access to an operational and insured vehicle, and willingness to travel
- Ability to communicate effectively and exercise good judgment
- High energy level, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team-oriented environment
- Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
