Summary

We are seeking a Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Webster Fulfillment. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations at our fulfillment center, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet client needs and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide progress reports and update project schedules.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Monroeville, AL 36460: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
