Responsibilities
- Serve as the administrative assistant by greeting customers, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and handle document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Utilize Microsoft Office, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence
- Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and supporting customer needs effectively
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and general administrative support to ensure a well-organized workspace
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), applications, and basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting is a definite plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience, personal assistant duties or office management responsibilities is preferred
