What You'll Do

• Teach high school business and career-related courses
• Help students build financial literacy, leadership, and workplace skills
• Design engaging, real-world learning experiences
• Support student career exploration and readiness
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student success
• Contribute to a positive high school culture

  (2026 - 27 salary schedule pending board approval)

Licensure / Endorsement Requirements

Preferred candidates will hold or be able to obtain appropriate Iowa CTE Business Education endorsements, such as:

• Business: 5 - 12 All - 1171
• Business: 5 - 12 (120 or 139 depending on preparation pathway)
• Other applicable Iowa CTE endorsements or licensure pathways may be considered!

Candidates who are eligible for licensure or are currently completing an approved teacher preparation program are encouraged to apply.

• Citizenship, residency, or a work visa is required.
