- Ensure all products/orders are received, stocked, picked, sorted, or packed with a high level of inventory accuracy and quality?
- Maintain internal error trackers and utilize company systems to track accountability and ensure productivity and accuracy standards are met?
- Inspect inventory for incorrect items or quantities, damaged or expired products and erroneous data entries.
- Capture pertinent data, focusing on trends and potential training gaps to solve problems and improve the operation
- Accurately record and maintain daily data sheets and/or reporting forms for submission
- Assist in providing training to new and current employees to ensure uniform and consistent processes; address and correct any receiving process issues within the department?
- Assist leadership in providing feedback when required
- Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to carry out job duties; adhere to all safety training and Company policies??
- Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.?
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals?
- Abide by all company and warehouse policies
- Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation?
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required
