- Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems
- Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts
- Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system
- Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product
- Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location
- Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment
- Pick wrap/kit list for repack items and transport completed product throughout the warehouse for put-away
- Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
- Abide by all company and warehouse policies?
- Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
- 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required?
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, etc.?
- Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills?
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment?
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence?
