We are looking for a dependable and organized Logistics Assistant to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse coordination activities in our Dallas operation. This role helps keep orders, materials, and shipment information accurate and moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
- Update order, inventory, and shipment records
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff
- Verify shipment quantities and basic order details
- Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Help resolve routine shipping or inventory discrepancies
- Support general logistics and warehouse activities as needed
- Keep the work area organized and follow workplace safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous logistics, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
