The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator who is obsessed with growth, virality, and attention. You’ll own our social presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X—and turn everyday content into scroll-stopping, share-worthy hits.
This is not a “schedule posts and call it a day” job.
This is a build, test, iterate, go viral, repeat role.
The person will also double as The Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office while creating a welcoming, organized, and professional work environment. This role manages general office administration, supplies and vendors, employee support, scheduling and coordination, onboarding logistics, and other operational needs as they arise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while solving problems independently. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, hands-on attitude are essential for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the team.
What You’ll Do
- Create and publish high-volume, high-impact content (short-form video, memes, threads, hooks) - get ready to use Canva & CapCut at high-speed!
- Brainstorm and execute viral content ideas daily
- Jump on trends early and adapt them to our brand
- Write killer hooks that stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds
- Collaborate with our team to turn product features into engaging stories
- Run experiments (A/B testing content formats, hooks, timing)
- Analyze performance and double down on what works
- Engage with the audience (comments, DMs, community building)
- Work with influencers, UGC creators, and micro-creators
- Stay ahead of platform algorithms and content trends
Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
