Client Solutions Specialist | webEVV
webEVV is a Michigan-based EVV and operations platform built for non-medical home care agencies. We help agencies simplify scheduling, onboarding, and invoicing while staying EVV-ready.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and outreach (cold calls cold email)
- Book and run demos for home care agency owners and staff
- Close new agency clients under approved pricing and messaging
- Support onboarding and go-live for new clients to ensure successful adoption
- Keep clean CRM notes and weekly pipeline updates
What we’re looking for
- Strong communicator who can confidently run sales calls and demos
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Organized, responsive, and able to follow a process
- Able to handle sensitive client data professionally
- Familiarity with home care, EVV, or SaaS is a plus (not required as training is provided)
Comp/Pay
- $500 monthly retainer
- $15/hour for defined onboarding and account support work
- Commission per successful agency closed
Work style
- Hybrid: mostly remote with rarely in-office or on-site meetings as needed, very flexible work on your own time and wherever you prefer
