Job Description
Weber State University invites applications for a full-time tenure track faculty position in the School of Computing to begin in Fall 2026. The School of Computing houses three programs: Computer Science, Cybersecurity & Network Management, and Web & User Experience.
We are seeking candidates who have experience integrating AI and AI tools into business applications and workflows, particularly within software development and cybersecurity.

Job Duties
Successful candidates will have duties that include teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses, in a variety of modalities and campuses, including but not limited to: Face-to-Face, Virtual, and Online classes at the Ogden and Davis campus as well as some night classes, conducting some research and scholarship, participating in course and curriculum development, and providing service to the department, college, and the university.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have a PhD degree in Computer Science or related discipline or be ABD and on track to complete their PhD by the start of the Fall semester (2026).
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will also be given to candidates with university-level teaching experience as well as those with additional industry experience.
