Job Summary/Basic Function
NOTE: This position can be filled at any level of the approved career ladder depending on candidate qualifications.
The daily cleaning of campus buildings which includes classrooms, lab rooms, offices, and other areas of assigned buildings on the campus. To keep campus buildings clean, safe, functional, and secure in accordance with established policies and standards so there are no interruptions, distractions, or obstacles to the educational programs. Will be required to clean 18,000 to 20,000 sq/ft per building per day. On call during winter months for snow removal, usually called in between 5-6am in the morning.

Required Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of general custodial work.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include basic custodial skills, including – restroom care, carpet & floor maintenance, window/glass cleaning, trash/recycling, chemical knowledge/understanding, and safety compliance.
