Individual will work in the course materials department of the Wildcat Store, serving in a variety of departmental capacities. Tasks and responsibilities to include: providing excellent customer service; becoming knowledgeable of the course materials department’s processes, software, policies, and layout; assist customers in finding materials and answering questions in a friendly and professional manner; stock inventory; helping keep the store clean and orderly; assisting in the pulling and processing of ecommerce orders; selling Wildcat Store merchandise; organizing and stocking course materials and academic supplies on the sales floor; cross-training in other store departments including cashiering.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience
