Job Summary/Basic Function
The primary responsibilities of the Digital Media Specialist (DMS) are as follows:
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
- Provide customer service and support to students using the
- Responsible for the basic operations of the Computer Literacy
- Administering exams entrusted to the CLC
- Ensure clean, safe, and efficient operation of center
- Assist Supervisor or CLC Director as needed
- You will learn to create Online Learning Modules for the
- Creating digital projects (Online Learning Modules) as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Must have completed NTM 1700 (or equivalent) with a grade of “B” or higher.
Potential candidates must have good communication and customer service skills through work or volunteer experiences.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite
