Role Description
The Weber Innovation Educator for the Health & Human Services Academy will lead curriculum development, instruction, and program coordination to engage students in health and human services pathways. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, collaborating with colleagues, integrating innovative teaching practices, providing mentorship to students, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry practices. This is a full-time on-site role based in Ogden, UT.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom instruction
- Knowledge of Health Sciences, Human Services, and related subjects
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
- Proficiency in adopting innovative educational tools and technology
- Ability to engage and inspire students to explore career pathways
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; relevant teaching credentials preferred
- Understanding of trends and practices in health and human services
