About the Position
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand market share across the West Coast region. This role plays a key part in developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coaching a talented sales team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to build and execute winning sales strategies. This position requires 50–65% travel, with approximately 40–50% overnights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners.
- Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and solid financial acumen.
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and high-performing teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement and growth.

Base Salary for this role starts at $130,000.00.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
