Job description
- Weber & Olcese, P.L.C. is seeking two motivated Attorneys to join our growing and dynamic Insurance Defense practice group. The ideal candidates will have at least two years of litigation experience or four years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to both first-party and third-party insurance defense matters. This position offers the opportunity to immediately contribute to meaningful and substantive work, including legal research and analysis, drafting motions and briefs, preparing client reports and coverage analyses, participating in client communications, attending court hearings, conducting and defending depositions, participating in facilitation and mediation proceedings, and assisting with trial preparation and trial work. We are looking for candidates who are organized, proactive, and eager to develop as litigators within a collaborative and supportive environment. Qualifications
- A minimum of (2) year of professional experience working as an attorney in insurance defense litigation
- Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in Michigan
