- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting
- Monitor inventory levels through inventory control practices; coordinate purchasing and stock replenishment to meet customer demand
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and company guidelines while maintaining a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and operational management
- Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and recruiting processes
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash register operations, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
