As a Part-Time Event Staffer, you will be the friendly face that ensures our events run smoothly and leave lasting positive impressions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for guests while supporting various event activities. Responsibilities
- You will staff roadshows and an occasional exit fence presence at a major warehouse retailer in and around the KC area. During the course of a year we have approximately 32 roadshows per year. They are conducted on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- The average hours per 3-day roadshow is approximately 32 hours-open to close.
- Your main task will be lead generation at these retail warehouses, where you will earn additional income per every lead generated sale .
- Assist with event breakdown, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Electronically transmit leads with a supplied device and applicable software.
- Calmly engage interested potential customers, answering basic questions as to the features and benefits of the buying program.
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations with excellent communication skills
