Upon entry into the MFTP, this high potential individual will commit to our blueprint for success, developing from an unskilled entry level role into a skilled high impact position within our CNC, Fabrication, Paint, and Shipping departments. While no manufacturing or trade experience is necessary, the right person must be Dependable, have a Positive Attitude, and a Growth Mindset.
