FORKLIFT OPERATOR
We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Production Team. A successful Forklift Operator at WEBCO MFG uses a forklift to transport metal and finished products across departments SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY.

Duties:
- Operate a forklift or lift truck to move, stack, and organize materials or products.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or storage racks.
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and perform inventory counts.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
- Operate a pallet jack or hi-lo to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
