What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program and Operations Assistant position at WEBBY Dance Company?
WEBBY Dance Company is a growing mobile enrichment program for kids! We bring the fun with our confidence-building, high energy and engaging classes directly to schools, childcare centers, community centers. We're looking for an organized, positive, and proactive team member who wants to be a part of our mission to enrich the lives of children!
This is not your typical office position, every day is different and we're looking for someone who enjoys organization, creativity and helping us impact as many families as we can.
What You'll Do:
No two days are alike but responsibilities can include:
- Communication between school staff and WEBBY staff
- Prepping materials for instructors to host successful classes
- Planning and attending marketing events
- Organizing marketing material and class information
- Supporting the franchise owner, instructors and office staff
- Assisting with social medial content
A Strong Candidate has the Following Qualities:
- Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Positive, dependable and eager to learn
- Can pass a background check and has a driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and takes initiative
- Creative and enjoys problem solving
- Excited to be a part of a women-led small business
It's a BONUS to have experience working in an extracurricular or enrichment class type business.
