Since 1975, WEBBY Dance Company is a nationally recognized mobile enrichment program bringing dance, tumbling, and cheer classes to childcare centers, schools and recreation centers.
We’re looking for energetic and reliable instructors to join our growing team. If you love kids, movement, and making a difference, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Instruct and lead 30-45 minute fun and structured enrichment classes for children
- Follow provided curriculum using our music and props (no need to choreograph or class plan!)
- Maintain a safe, positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Travel between schools in your area with reliable transportation
- Represent the WEBBY brand to the highest level with professional, reliability and positive energy.
What We're Looking For
- Background in dance, gymnastics, cheer, or early childhood education
- Outgoing, high-energy and kid friendly personality
- Punctual, dependable and reliable
- Excellent communication skills — timely responses are essential to keeping classes and schools running smoothly.
- Possesses own vehicle for reliable transportation
- Daytime availability (during school hours)
- Ability to commit to a schedule through recital season (through May)
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Must pass a background check

This is a part-time, contract position with pay ranging $30.00 to $60.00 per hour ($15.00 to $30.00 per 30 minute class)
