What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Webbs RV Bangor?
Overview
The schedule for our sales people is 8AM – 6PM, Monday through Saturday with one additional day off during the week; Saturdays are required.
Sales team members are expected to:
- Unlock campers in the mornings to help prepare for the day’s customers
- Greet each car that pulls up; ensure every visitor feels acknowledged and comfortable to discuss their needs, ask questions, or to tour units
- Be organized and respectful; respond to customer messages and internet leads in a timely manner, keep notes of names and other customer
information, and follow up appropriately
- Dress in a presentable manner. Examples of presentable dress include clean jeans or khakis with a polo or casual button-down shirt;
- Turn over deals to management when needed; communicate with appropriate management and coworkers throughout all stages of the sales process
- Assisting your customers in understanding and completing all paperwork and documents to be signed when a deal is made
- Preparing your sold campers for delivery (folding up steps, closing slide-outs, etc.)
- Lock up campers in the evenings
- Perform seasonal maintenance on campers when needed including snow removal, closing and opening slide-outs, moving motorhomes, etc.
