The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting engineering projects by coordinating efforts, managing documentation, liaising between departments, and ensuring seamless operations.
Regular Job Duties
- Facilitate and oversee the coordination of engineering projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and reports for easy access and retrieval.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling project activities, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
- Manage resource allocation including materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project needs.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or project management role.
- Experience in the engineering sector, specifically in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
