If this is work that you feel confident working on, please apply. You'll need experience well beyond framing, this carpenter position is closer to a fabrication position. It's hard work but you'll get to build some really cool stuff.

THE WORK

Position Overview: As a carpenter at 360 Scenery, you will be responsible for fabricating custom scenic elements that support the marketing and creative needs of our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundation in carpentry who are eager to learn and grow within ourteam. We are willing to provide training to motivated candidates who demonstrate a passion for craftsmanship and a willingness to learn.

Full time day shift: 7 am-4pm 40hrs week min plus overtime available. Overtime and weekends can be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate custom scenic elements using a variety of tools and techniques
• Collaborate with our internal creative department and external designers to bring creative visions to life
• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in carpentry, with a working knowledge of tools such as:
• Table Saw
• Panel Saw
• Jointer
• Planer
• Misc. Hand Tools
• Air Tools
• Hand Router
• Staplers & Finish Guns
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
