Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable weekend on-call and route fill-in driver (Independent Contractor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting medications efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess ALL WEATHER driving skills. Additional income possible with on-call availability. Again, we are looking for weekend drivers, sometimes up to 500 miles per delivery route.
Responsibilities
- Operate your delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Navigate assigned routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide outstanding customer service during interactions with clients and recipients.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary documentation.
- Business entity registered with the State of Michigan is a requirement.
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is a plus .
- Familiarity with route driving and logistics is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
