The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient office operation. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between clients, counsel, courts and staff, your hustle helps our team deliver awesome value for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Second String to answer and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Draft various documents, file pleadings with the court, running various errands, setup court hearings
- All around team player to help us succeed! Additional tasks depending on interest and skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Salary : $20 - $40
