Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Prepare new and used vehicles for customers, display, and service
- Fuel and wash available inventory
- Maintain lot cleanliness, remove garbage, weeds, dirt, ect.
- Clean and upkeep showroom and vehicles
- Organize and move vehicles per dealership standards
- Photograph inventory for the website
- Handle vehicle pick-ups, drop-offs, and dealer trades
- Ensure vehicles are locked at closing and properly stocked with keys and stickers
- Drive vehicles safely for customers and for dealership needs
- Perform snow and ice removal and general maintenance and safety
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Mature, disciplined personality
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
