WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Minimum Requirements:

• Construction management experience
• Exceptional communicate skills for coordinating with the construction team, homeowners, designers, and architects
• Ability to coordinate and manage all on-site activities and resources
• Confidence in working with building and safety agencies (Malibu, Santa Monica, and LADBS)
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend software
• Firm knowledge of electrical upgrades
• Highly skilled in managing a Gantt chart
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Punctual and willing to be on site until the day is complete
• Ability to enforce and promote strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans and specifications. Adhere to and implement Quality Control on all work being performed.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants in the critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure the vendors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
• Communicate with the project team regarding RFIs, change orders, and material submittals.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Maintaining permit cards and stamped plans.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain a written daily log with photos of activities on the job site.
• Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and work with Project Managers to update schedules and forecast any upcoming delays.
• Ensure the job site is kept in a clean and organized manner and up to safety standards.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Location: Encino, CA
• Work Schedule: Your workweek spans Monday through Friday, with the occasional requirement for Saturday work to ensure project timelines. Importantly, we observe NO WORK ON SUNDAYS.
