What You’ll Do:
- Lead capital improvement and reliability projects
- Troubleshoot equipment and drive continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to support operations and reduce downtime
- Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient facility performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
- Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
