You can look forward to these exciting tasks
- Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives and goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain process
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that arise
- Prepare and maintain reports documenting import/export conditions and compliance
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall supply chain performance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to foster a collaborative work environment
This is what you bring to us
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Experience with supply chain management software is a plus
- A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
