We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to take on the role of Executive Director, overseeing the Crypto Tech and Operations division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in regulated crypto exchanges or pertinent fintech firms within key jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States. A demonstrated ability to foster product innovation and business expansion, complemented by robust industry knowledge and a strategic perspective, is essential to influence the future of our global crypto offerings at FUTU Group.
Strategic Leadership
Establish and implement the strategic roadmap for cryptocurrency products and exchange operations, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Propel business expansion by identifying and seizing market opportunities within the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors.
Formulate innovative product strategies that distinguish the platform and address the evolving needs of customers.
Product Development
Direct the design and launch of new cryptocurrency trading features, staking options, and other pioneering products compliant with regulatory standards across various jurisdictions where FUTU Group operates.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and business teams to provide an exceptional user experience.
Examine market trends and competitive activities to enhance product offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.
Ensure the seamless integration of cryptocurrency services with broader financial products, such as stock trading and wealth management platforms at FUTU Group.
Assistance in Exchange Operations
Support the Global Head of Crypto in ensuring the efficient operation of a cryptocurrency exchange platform, prioritizing high reliability, security, and adherence to international standards.
Cultivate relationships with liquidity providers, custodians, and technology partners to enhance the exchange ecosystem.
Foster business development opportunities for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange.
Team Building and Stakeholder Management
Construct and lead a high-performing team across product, operations, and technical functions.
Serve as the principal point of contact for regulators, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and a customer-centric approach within the team.
Experience
Relevant experience in cryptocurrency within prominent markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States, demonstrating a history of fostering business growth and achieving operational excellence.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, exchange operations, or leadership positions within the cryptocurrency or Web3 sector.
Skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
