Job Overview
WEB Construction Company is seeking an experienced and driven Construction Foreman to oversee, coordinate, and supervise daily field operations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As the on-site leader, you will bridge communication between field crews, Superintendents, Operations, and Office Management—ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and the ability to manage crews of 3–10 team members while maintaining production schedules and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and lead crews of 3–10 laborers, concrete laborers, and finishers
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity to meet project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure work progresses efficiently
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform daily on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including leading safety briefings
- Complete and file required PTPs, JSAs, daily logs, timecards, and progress reports
- Monitor jobsite cleanliness, organization, and proper PPE usage
- Manage material inventory, verify shipments, and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain and oversee use of equipment such as saws, vibrators, and mixers
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, equipment malfunctions, and jobsite challenges
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and mentor field personnel through hands-on instruction
- Address weather conditions, site changes, and work-related incidents with sound judgment
- Assist with hands-on labor as needed to support project success
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of construction supervisory experience (Lead roles qualify)
- Minimum 5 years of overall construction industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; trade certification or construction management education preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, tools, and safety guidelines
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (OSHA 10/30 required or to be obtained during employment)
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License required
- ACI Finisher, Forklift, and Skid Steer certifications preferred (or to be obtained during employment)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues under pressure
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs repeatedly and working in various weather conditions
- Consistent attendance and punctuality required
- A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, climbing, and carrying materials
- Regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (approximately 45 hours per week)
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, overtime, and weekend work as required by project demands

- Travel required depending on business and project needs
- Some overnight/out-of-area travel may be required
- Per diem and travel accommodations provided when applicable
