Carpenter – Finishing Carpentry
WEB Construction has been building across southern Minnesota for over 60 years. We're a design-build firm based in Mankato, and we handle our concrete, carpentry and steel work in-house, which means our crews take real pride in doing things right the first time. We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team.
What you'll do
- Perform finishing carpentry work on commercial and industrial job sites
- Read and work from blueprints and project specs
- Install trim, doors, hardware, and other finish elements with precision
- Collaborate with other trades and crew members to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain a safe, organized job site
What you bring
- 3-5 years of carpentry experience, with finishing carpentry required
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Reliable transportation to job sites within our service area
- A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
