Weaver Systems LLC is looking for qualified individuals to join our team in tractor‑trailer manufacturing and service. We manufacture Scroll-Tek Belt Trailers and Dura-Trek Walking Floor Trailers. We endeavor to build high-quality equipment and back our products with exceptional service.

Position Overview
The Trailer Technician will assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and service of specialty trailers. This position offers multiple opportunities depending on experience and interest, and training is available for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Assembly
- General assembly of trailer components
- Follow engineered drawings and specifications
- Painting and finishing of fabricated parts
- Assist with fabrication and installation of components
Hydraulics
- Route hydraulic lines
- Fabricate new hydraulic lines
- Mount and connect hydraulic components
- Assist in diagnosing hydraulic system issues
DOT Air Systems
- Route new air lines
- Mount air brake components
- Install and service lift axle components
Electrical
- Run wiring for trailer lighting systems
- Make electrical connections and troubleshoot issues
Service & Repair
- Diagnose hydraulic and electrical components
- Perform axle work and adjustments
- Conduct laser alignments
- General trailer maintenance and service work
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful:
- Hydraulics
- DOT air and braking systems
- Electrical systems
- State Inspection License
- Class A CDL
