Position Overview
This role involves polishing, fabrication, or a combination of both, depending on experience and skill set. You’ll work with high-quality stone materials and be an important part of a team committed to excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform stone countertop fabrication and/or polishing with attention to detail and quality
- Safely operate fabrication and polishing equipment
- Read and follow fabrication drawings and job specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced, growing operation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the stone countertop fabrication industry
- Experience in polishing, fabrication, or both
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Good attitude with a “Can-Do” mindset
- Self-starter / self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Team player who communicates well and supports coworkers
- Hardworking, committed, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship
