Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to our valued customers.
- Load delivery trucks efficiently, maximizing space and ensuring safe transport of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly order fulfillment goals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve any order discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse operations or similar environments.
- Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and assembly.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to schedule changes.
