Orthodontic Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other team members. We are looking for a professional, friendly, energetic, compassionate individual to join our team. Candidates must have a desire to work hard and be able to perform duties critical to the success of the practice in multiple areas. We are seeking a certified dental assistant (DA-2) or a DA-1 who has a minimum of one year experience in a dental office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy dental setting, including sterilization, x-ray and coronal polishing certificates. Orthodontic experience is preferred, but we will train the right person in all core areas if we find the right personality. 32 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Tuesday through Friday.

Essential Functions:
- Performing orthodontic assistant duties including chair-side, sterilization, x-ray, and supply management
- Communicating with the doctor, patients and/or parents
- Generating and managing digital patient records and accounts
- Performing administrative tasks (including scheduling, answering phones)
- Performing intra-oral scanning, 3-D printing and retainer fabrication
- Coronal polishing and braces and clear aligner attachment placement
