What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced spray foam crew leader to install for our new spray foam division. If you know spray foam inside and out—the equipment, the technique, the troubleshooting—and you're ready to build something from the ground up with a company that values quality and integrity, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of 2–3 installers, setting the pace and standard for quality work
- Apply spray foam in attics, crawlspaces, walls, and other areas
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray foam rigs, compressors, hoses, and guns
- Prep and protect job sites, ensure clean work areas, and maintain equipment daily
- Train and mentor new team members as the department grows
- Travel to job sites within 2 hours of Myerstown (overnight travel is rare)
Required:
- Minimum 1-year hands-on spray foam insulation experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew and keep jobs on track
- Mechanical aptitude—you can troubleshoot equipment issues in the field
- Valid Class C license with clean record; comfortable driving a 24' box truck with air brakes
- Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in attics
Ideal:
- Experience training or mentoring other installers
- Calm under pressure when plans change mid-job
- Takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way
