Weaver Heating & Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our growing team in Cartersville, GA. This role is essential to daily operations—handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching technicians efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Create and manage work orders
- Maintain and organize the dispatch board for maximum efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Follow up on open estimates, recommended work, and pending jobs
- Contact customers to schedule work when parts arrive
- Assist with collecting unpaid invoices
- Maintain accurate customer records and job history
Ongoing Duties
- Manage maintenance agreements (renewals, scheduling, billing)
- Make outbound calls to renew and generate memberships
- Support commercial invoicing as needed
- Coordinate updates from installation team
- Submit payments and documentation to accounting
- Participate in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule
Pay & Incentives
