Financial Services Administrative Assistant
Our Financial Services Administrative Assistant provides operational, administrative, and client support to financial advisors and office leadership. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, delivers an exceptional client experience, and helps maintain regulatory compliance.
Weaver Financial is a small financial services firm that provides investment, insurance, tax, and legal services to individual and business clients, including employees across 100 school districts in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations & Scheduling
- Operational Support Administration
- Documentation, Compliance, and Regulatory Support

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication & organizational skills, and proficiency in task management!
Important Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other administrative roles is a plus, but not required!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
